Still Alive and Kicking!!!
Dear All:
Finally I come across an Internet Point.
First, I would like to apologise for these two whole days of absence. But these first days have all involved a lot of hours on the road, leaving me little time everytime I stop. Nevertheless, I have alredy prepared in my laptop some posts regarding my first 2 days of travell. Unfortunately, this net point does not allow users to use a pendisk to transfer the files, but I promisse I'll do my best yo have them online till tomorrow night.
Thanks a lot for all the comments already posted. It's great to know we are not alone on this quest. Thanks as well to those of you who have been messaging me on my mobile. You can understand I am limited as to reply them, but they have been a great help while making the road.
Now, about my adventure:) Everything is going just great so far. Of ocurse the plann has been suffering some changes along the way, but the 2cvs, despite the strong heat and the heavy rain last night, keeps in great shape.
I am writing you from Sait-Tropez, where I have just arrived. So far we have already been in Tordesilhas, Bilbao, Ea, Guernika, San Sebastian, Biarritz and Carcassone. I still couldn't confirm whether I'll be going or not to Cagliari, but in the other hand, another highly promissing stop has just been added: San Vito lo Capo, located in the western end of Sicily.
While my companion rests in between road journeys, I've been having great fun, either sightseeing, pub crawlling, going to the beach. Even though my tennis racauet remains in the trunk, the rollerblades have already been used, despite the skepticql comments;). But believe it or not, is in road that it really becomes thrilling: each kiloletre is a conquest!!!
Don't worry about the details. Everything about the first days of my travell will soon be online!!!
Hope to see you soon. Hugs and kisses,
Tiago
Fitun: my dearest Dog. Apparently my parents decided to stop spoiling you al the time and contribute as well for your education. I am impressed with your internet and writing skills:)
